  • We use secure payment gateways. We do not store or access your payment details.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via reputed courier services.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on the location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a product is sold.

  • As our products are handmade and in some cases customized or made-to-order, we do not process returns for change of mind, color differences, or minor natural imperfections.

  • Please review the product details and photos carefully before placing an order.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • While we take utmost care in packing, if your item is damaged during transit or you receive a wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • In such cases, we will assess the situation and offer a replacement at our discretion, if applicable.
